Deleting your data

You can delete your DartsPass account and personal data at any time. This includes any data we received when you signed in with Facebook or Google (your name and email address).

Delete it yourself in the app

1. Log in at dartspass.com.
2. Open My Account.
3. Tap Delete My Account and confirm.

Your personal details (name, email, phone and profile photo) are permanently erased within 30 days, and you won't be able to log in again. Your past match results stay as an anonymous record, shown as "Former Player", so the players you competed against don't lose their stats.

Email support@dartspass.com from the email address on your account and we'll delete it for you.

Remove DartsPass from Facebook or Google

Deleting your account removes the link on our side. To remove it on theirs as well:

1. Facebook: Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites. Choose DartsPass and tap Remove.
2. Google: go to your Google Account, then Security, then Your connections to third-party apps & services. Choose DartsPass and delete the connection.
