Prize Draw Rules

Section 02

Promoter

The promoter is Unity Darts Organisation LTD, trading as DartsPass, Harker House, Common Lane, Knottingley, West Yorkshire, WF11 8BN ("we", "us"). Contact: support@dartspass.com.

Section 03

Who Can Enter

The draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.

• DartsPass accounts belonging to anyone under 18 (for example through an academy or youth team) are not entered
• Employees and directors of the promoter, of Unicorn Darts, and their immediate families are not eligible
• We may ask a winner for proof of age and UK address before sending a prize

Section 04

How to Enter

Everyone who has a DartsPass account and meets the rules above is automatically entered into every monthly draw, including people who joined before the draws began. To get an account, register free at dartspass.com/register.php.

• No purchase, subscription or payment of any kind is required, and paying for anything on DartsPass (such as Premium) does not improve your chances
• Each person has one entry in each draw, however many accounts they hold. Duplicate, fake, bulk or automated registrations will be disqualified, along with every entry linked to them
• Accounts that have been closed or deleted are not entered
• If you would rather not be entered, email support@dartspass.com and we will leave you out of future draws

Section 05

When the Draw Happens

The first draw takes place on Tuesday 6th October 2026. After that, a draw takes place on the first Tuesday of every month.

The time of each draw is announced beforehand on the DartsPass Facebook page. Entries for each draw close when that draw starts: everyone with an eligible account at that moment is in it.

Section 06

Prizes

Each month there are 3 prizes, supplied by our partner Unicorn Darts:

• 1 dartboard
• 1 set of darts
• 1 other darts prize, such as an accessory or branded merchandise

Prizes are as stated, are non-transferable, and have no cash alternative. If a prize becomes unavailable we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Section 07

How Winners Are Chosen

The draw is a free prize draw. It is not a game of skill, and your darts ability plays no part.

• Winners, and the prize each winner receives, are picked completely at random using a digital prize wheel loaded with every valid entry. Every valid entry has an equal chance of being picked
• Each person can win only one prize in each draw
• Previous winners stay entered and can win again in later months
• Each draw is streamed or recorded and published on the DartsPass Facebook page so everyone can see it is fair

Section 08

Winners

• Winners will be contacted using the email address on their DartsPass account within 7 days of the draw, and may be announced (first name and town only) on DartsPass social media
• Winners must reply within 14 days confirming their name and UK delivery address. If a winner does not reply, or is found not to be eligible, the prize is forfeited and a replacement winner is drawn at random using the same method
• Prizes are sent to a UK address free of charge within 30 days of the winner confirming their details
• The first name and county of each winner are available on request by emailing support@dartspass.com within 30 days of the draw

Section 09

Your Data

We use entrants' account details to run the draw and to contact winners, in line with our Privacy Policy. Being entered does not sign you up to marketing unless you choose to opt in.

Section 10

Our Rights

We may cancel, suspend or change the monthly draw if circumstances outside our reasonable control make it necessary, and will tell entrants on this page if we do. Nothing in these rules limits your statutory rights.

Section 11

These Rules and Our Terms

These rules apply to the DartsPass monthly prize draw. Where they conflict with the general DartsPass Terms & Conditions, these rules apply to the draw.

Section 12

Facebook and Instagram

This draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Meta from any liability relating to it.

Section 13

Governing Law

These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
